THREE: What does that matter?
Because a great work environment produces better results, higher retention, happier customers
FOUR: Why does that mater?
Because it supports the mission and vision of the organization
FIVE: Why does the matter
Because survival of the business and livelihoods are at stake, especially in these disruptive times
So…
What you really do is help organizations drive & sustain growth by building high-performing teams regardless of the economic climate
That’s a heck of lot more valuable than helping teams sing Kumbaya – as good as that song is 😉
