Is this project management stuff?

Only in part. While some of the issues addressed here (that's consultant-speak) are of primary concern to project managers, excellent client service is a skill needed at all levels of project work. Project managers usually have the experience that have taught them some of these skills. They are always welcome here, though.

We cover skills that are complementary to project management here. Many other organizations exist that teach you project management. Our focus here is on building teams that are as business savvy as their managers and whose day-to-day project execution and client service reduces the burden on project managers.
